The Winkhart Law Group is boutique law firm located in North Canton, Ohio serving clients with projects and businesses across the country. The firm was founded in the fall of 2001 when managing partner Thomas W. Winkhart chose to leave a regional law firm in Canton, Ohio and start his own practice. From humble beginnings of just Attorney Winkhart and his paralegal, the Winkhart Law Group has grown to now include five attorneys with over 60 years of combined experience and the best support staff that Stark County has to offer.

The home in which our offices are housed was designated as a historic site by the North Canton Heritage Society on June 5, 1984. The home was originally built in the 1920s as the home of the Frank G. Hoover family and served as their family home for almost fifty years.
In 1970, the DeHoff family acquired the property and established their corporate real estate offices in the building. They continually and faithfully restored, maintained, and renovated the structure and have taken much care not to detract from its original integrity as a grand residence. These preservation and restoration efforts have served as a beacon to other Main Street property owners and become a pleasant focal point of pride in all seasons for local citizens and visitors to the community.
Our “home” office has served the Stark County manufacturing, real estate and business community for 100 years and counting.
