Christine M. Snyder

Christine Snyder has thirty-one years of experience working as a Paralegal and began her career at the Winkhart Law Group in January, 2002. She assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including residential and commercial development projects, residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, and commercial lending transactions.  Chris is proficient in the preparation of purchase agreements, deeds and other documents, subdivision and platting of real property, due diligence review, the review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting with transaction closings. She has experience in residential and commercial leasing, evictions and related landlord/tenant matters, real estate transfers and conveyances, real property lien searches and various estate planning projects. Most importantly, she maintains an excellent working relationship with the firm’s clients, developers, lenders, Realtors and governmental entities.

Chris resides in her hometown of Jackson Township and has been married to Jeff for 28 years. They are the proud parents of Nick and Allison, both of whom are graduates of Jackson High School and the University of Cincinnati. Chris and her family attend RiverTree Christian Church.
